lyrics

You walk in the hall of the night
A grandfather-clock of starlight
And life becomes death
And death becomes life
In the hall of the night

Oh, oh ohhh
In the night

You walk in the wind and the rain
Leaves blowing all through your brain
Talking in turn
Turning in talk
On the wind and the rain

You climb to the top of a hill
You get there and sit very still
No reason just rhyme
The oceans of time
At the top of the hill

Oh, oh ohhh
To the hill
mmmm...

You dance at the edge of the dawn
You find her in a forest of song
She plucks precious stones
From her mouth of bone
On the edge of the dawn

Oh, oh ohhh
In the dawn
